Job Description


  • Assist in the production of corporate collaterals & quarterly results write-ups, including Results Announcements covering Business Review, Results Highlights and Summary, Q&As and other materials related to stakeholders’ communication.  Some of the collaterals are included in Annual and Interim Reports
  • Create compelling Corporate PowerPoint Presentations on annual and interim results for effective communications with stakeholders particularly for banking sector
  • Coordinate and organize post-results Roadshows with stakeholders and prepare relevant communication materials for distribution to stakeholders
  • Assist in stakeholders’ pitching & related tasks and the production of internal reports for management
  • Assist in responding to business and financial queries from key stakeholders
  • Conduct market and industry research, peers’ comparison and financial report analysis; monitor the market and peers’ performance
  • Assist in related ad-hoc or special projects when required


  • Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Communications or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years or above solid related experience gained in sizeable organization or listed companies are preferred
  • Solid understanding of accounting/ financial analysis with relevant experience or professional qualifications.  Strong financial sense and analytical skills
  • Possess knowledge of Bloomberg or Reuters as an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-minded, dynamic, resourceful, good at multi-tasking and willing to take initiatives
  • Strong team spirit, a good & proactive team player with positive personality
  • Able to work independently & under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
