Job Description

Job Responsibilities

 - Advise/Provide HR Training Plans to the clients

- Prepare proposal and presentation materials to best fit the client's needs

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

- Establish good rapport with business partners and clients to support business growth

- Liaise with Director to plan and execute various types of marketing events, in HK or oversea.

- Attend regular meeting with clients to review project issues

- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

  

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management or Marketing

- At least 2 years experience in business development

- At least 2 years’ HR training experience

- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese with good presentation skills

- Aggressive, proactive, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 

- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
