Job Description


  • Explore different channels and acquire new partners proactively.
  • Provide strategy and insights for partnerstores to improve campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with partnerstores, so that they can frequently receive updated information from us, and create a triple-win situation for all parties.
  • Participate and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting, proposal preparation, client preparation to after sales services and policy renewal.
  • Support Manager in corporate events; Ensure all other Company functions as directed by Manager are completed in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Involve in communication’s sessions, training, events, promotions, audios and monthly News and Announcements to increase the revenue of PartnerStores and PartnerShops Program.
  • Assist in preparation and update of marketing materials for Promoting PartnerStores Program
  • Manage and ensure all departmental documentation and reports are processed on schedule.
  • Generate sales report on regular base and follow up special cases; generate and update weekly and monthly report
  • Coordinate with different internal departments to complete the tasks as requested by Manager.
  • Organize and host Partnerstore Conference monthly (bi-weekly alternative with Manager) to promote the program to interested merchants.
  • Act as Project Manager to follow up existing & future projects.
  • Add as back up of Manager to contact and visit well-known brands for potential Partner Store.
  • Supervise subordinates and report directly to Manager
  • Support Manager on HK portal update and enhancement.


  • University Degree with major in Marketing, Language or Business discipline
  • At least 5 years work experience preferred
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferred
  • Outstanding people skill, require to work closely with both Distributors, affiliate partners and HQ to implement different development programs effectively
  • Mature, well-groomed, well-organized and self-initiated team player with business awareness
  • Pro-active, hardworking, conscientious, detail-minded
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Off-site training and non-office hour work will be required regularly
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as Supervisor
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
