Surrounded by an experienced open-minded and supportive team, your average day at the BCI office will include:

  • Identifying and cold-calling new sales prospects
  • Building a sales pipeline
  • Making appointments
  • Presenting BCI’s services online or face to face
  • Generating quotations and closing sales
  • Pursuing consultative selling approaches

Requirements

  • Matriculated
  • 1-2 years sales experience (no sales experience are also welcomed)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Proven ability to thrive in a highly numbers-driven environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Consultant or Business Development Manager.
