Job Description

To cope with the development and expansion for our business, we are looking for an International Sales Manager who is enthusiastic and performance-driven. The ideal candidate is ambitious and a seasoned professional who will provide leadership and momentum in account management. With a solid track record of success, the candidate must also be fluent in the latest market trends, comfortable working with ambiguity, and possess the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. We love to work as a team, so we are keen to find someone who will enjoy to work closely with others to support the business, protect our brands and integrate campaigns and strategies

What you'll do

  • Develop and expand the overseas sales distribution channels.  
  • Engage distributors, understand the customer needs and identify the solutions to the customer with our product offering
  • Organize and attend trade shows overseas
  • Contribute product ideas to the team. Obtain and report industry and competitor information
  • Product development.
  • Budget control and target management
  • Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success. Monitoring and optimizing the productivity of the team – defining and monitoring indicators

What you'll need

  • BBA or equivalent
  • Have a “roll up your sleeves” spirit
  • Minimum of 5 years of international experience. Knowledge and experience working in OEM, ODM, Kitchenware or Houseware, in a position that would show the ability to understand the utility of our products
  • A track record of overachievement in a sales arena
  • Passion for increasing sales and implement plans, and to be strategic when it comes to building relations with customers
  • Must be friendly, social, presentable and professional
  • Significant experience of coaching and developing a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (Speaking)
  • Frequent travel is required.
