Job Description



  • Identify market segments and conduct market research.
  • Develop and explore business opportunities with potential clients in Hong Kong and possibly in Macau, both short and long term.
  • Develop business development pipeline and forecast with frequent updates.
  • Prepare and review proposals, presentation, business plan and co-operation agreement.
  • Follow up with the potential clients to get the deals.
  • Represent the Company to attend industry events for networking.
  • Fully understand the scope of service of the clients and be responsible for briefing client background and expectation to the sales team and internal departments.
  • Work closely with Client Account Department, Operations Department and event team to deliver professional services to the clients in Hong Kong office.
  • Able to manage and handle ad hoc assignments timely and professionally.
  • Work closely with Regional Business Development Director.
  • Direct report to General Manager.




  1. Degree holder in Business Administration and the relevant education.
  2. At least 8 years relevant experience in business development.
  3. Resourceful in technology and financial sectors is highly preferable.
  4. A team player and sociable with very strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  5. Aggressive, self-motivated, good analytical mind and able to work under pressure.
  6. Self-starter of business development department.
  7. Strong in numbers and analysis.
  8. Proficiency in office tools e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  9. Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.  Mandarin is preferable.
  10. Occasional travel is required.
