Opening: Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager should be a self-starter with a strong network of relationships with various clients in different industry in the Hong Kong market. This candidate must be excited by challenging him/herself in developing new business plans within corporations in the market. 


  • Independently prospect new business opportunities, including building their own referral networks with potential and current clients;
  • Take ownership of your personal sales targets;
  • Create a sales plan on how to reach sales targets and ensure implementation of the plan;
  • Developing lasting relationships through continual contact with accounts;
  • Provide excellent customer experience;
  • Developing an extensive knowledge of the integrated solutions and services offered
  • Closes deals at appropriate price levels and completes all accreditation requirements imposed by the clients before hand-over to the account management team
  • Maintains professional standards in sales discipline, work ethic. 




  • Bachelor Degree in a marketing, media, communication or business field
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience in business and client solutions development
  • An outstanding personal sales track record;
  • Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and critical/creative problem-solving skills
  • A targets-driven approach to work;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Previous experience in media industry/direct marketing/ CRM / data analytics/ cloud based technology sectors will be a plus;
  • Passionate about innovative technologies and eager to learn cool new things;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
  • Having media partner connection is a plus
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Based in the HK

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
