Job Description

Our client is an electronic component distributor. To cope with their expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Regional planning for HK & China market
  • Define the mass market strategies by digital promotion
  • Maintain key clients relationship and customize business proposal for selected customer segments
  • Evaluate target customers fit for company's model4
  • Outline the Digital engagement proposal with the objectives to increase sales revenue
  • Provide business direction & co-ordinate with Sales Team to ensure quality service
  • Build long-term professional relationships with customers
  • Perform business reviews with customer to ensure the customer satisfaction and pursue new business opportunities
  • Proactively work with functional heads in corporate office to ensure getting the right resources to support the business growth

Requirements:

  • Solid account management experience in multi-national company or multi-line distributors
  • 7 years or above sales experience with 3 years management experience, China exposure is a must
  • Positive attitude and strong influencing power to his/her colleagues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Well organized in business proposal & good at data analysis
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in both Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
  • Flexible to travel frequently and relocate to China
