Job Description

Job Responsibility & Accountability

  • Responsible for managing existing global key accounts as part of the Retail Management team by providing superior customer service and support, resolving technical / administrative difficulties, and establishing a trusted relationship.   
  • Support our key clients to develop, implement, and maintain internal / external documentations like Standard Operation Procedures, Test and Inspection Request Forms, etc.
  • Proactively promote company’s services and solutions to European clients.
  • Analyse, monitor and report account developments by providing business intelligence to all stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular business progress reports to internal stakeholders and make use of CRM tools
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentation to clients, which could involve C-level persons.
  • Collaborate with teams / locations across the world to identify and develop new opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent in both spoken and written German and English. Mandarin or Cantonese will be beneficial.
  • University graduate with any discipline (preferable Business / Management related)
  • 5 years working experience preferred in Retail or Manufacturing QA, or from a QA service provider
  • Knowledge and experienced in analyzing situations, developing strategies and creating executable plans that positively impact sales and business.
  • Strong ability in effective communications in a MNC with senior management, business partners, clients and team members.
  • Must be personable, work well independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Prepare “Sales”-tools and related documents like quotations, offers, sales presentations
  • Availability, flexibility and responsiveness – across different time zones
  • Willing to travel
