• Work with product and marketing team to develop a comprehensive business development plan
• Drive new leads through partnership building (from idea to execution) and contribute to the overall sales growth
• Identify new business cases and/or strategic opportunities to drive revenue and KPIs
• Work closely with marketing, product, technical team to look for new opportunities for the company
• Lead communications and serve as primary point of contact with strategic partner relationships
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in business development
• Experience in insurance or startup sector preferred
• Experience in defining, growing, and managing business lines, partnerships or products
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and good team player
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
