Job Description

Reporting to the Director this is a new role based in Hong Kong and responsible for Business and Partner Development in the Hospitality, Gaming and Hotel Guest Locking Solutions verticals, in Hong Kong & Macau.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To achieve profitable and sustainable growth in unit and dollar value sales through the HK subsidiary..
  • Increase awareness of and demand for SALTO product, specifically in the Hospitality, Gaming, Serviced Apartment and other Accommodation sectors.
  • Develop and support the distribution and sales network with continuous Sales, Marketing and Technical back up.
  • Manage expenses and stay within agreed budgets 


  • Proven ability to work independently as a member of a close knit team, delivering strong personal results and supporting the team to achieve sales, expense and profit targets.
  • A minimum of 3 years technical sales experience in the Hospitality vertical.
  • Able to demonstrate success working with Architects and Interior Designers delivering high value projects.
  • Strong contact base with end user client Security, IT, Operational and Engineering teams.
  • Conversant with and skilled in “needs based” selling techniques
  • Strong specification writing, negotiation and speaking skills in English,Cantonese & Mandarin.
  • Capable of proposing and implementing strategic sales plans that include rolling quarterly and annual unit, revenue and cost targets
  • Able to plan long term, focus medium term and achieve short term
  • Driven to succeed and to provide the best customer service possible
