  • Proactive, responsible, very organised, good team spirit, strong customer relationship.
  • Sharing knowledge, communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin bonus), reactivity, dynamism, initiative and ability to find the right information are the base ingredients for success in this role.
  • Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market strategy with Sales Manager/Marketing and create qualified target accounts.
  • Attend industry functions, such as associations events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with view to developing new services, products and distribution channels.
  • Pipeline development through a combination of cold-calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement.
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position solutions through strategic value based selling, SPIN selling, solution selling, business case definition, ROI analysis and references.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Solution Architects, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted adviser to the customer.
  • Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and high technical level. Develop and provide custom presentations on PPT to customers to solve their business problems.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Strong Sales skills, knowledge if our markets and our competitors.
  • Have a demonstrated track record of selling technology solutions in to corporate B2B.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivates and autonomous.



Requirements

  • You will have experience in a business development role presenting to mid and enterprise accounts.
  • 2-4 years experience in corporate sales – B2B, Cloud, PaaS, IaaS and/or IT solutions.
  • A background in Telecommunication, System Integration or ICT.
  • Excellent ability to present to C level and technical stake holders.
  • Proven ability in partnering with internal and external teams.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiations skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
