Job Description

Job Summary

  • Perform a full spectrum of loan repayment processing functions
  • Handle office supplies ordering and administrative work


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Handle customer services for providing payment collection services (CQ, cash payment collection)
  • Issuance of Official Receipts to customers, with the proper checking and signature from the designated checker
  • Monitor Autopay setup by maintaining DDA records
  • Handle loan repayment input for daily autopay debiting
  • Handle loan charge-off in ELS System
  • Handle loan data input and/or repayment of overdue interest payment and Hold Fee
  • Prepare cheque payment, electronic payment and outward remittance application for overpayment refund

Job Requirements

  • Minimum: F.5 or above, relevant training in Banking, Finance or Accounting with be an advantage
  • Handle data input accurately
  • Good-team player, high initiative, meticulous, able to meet tight time schedule
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Fresh Grad will also be cosidered
