Job Description

 

Primary Responsibilities

Client

  • Communicate and respond to internal stakeholders on the business needs
  • Manage internal and external customer expectations and proactively to work on the solutions based on the requirements
  • Respond to customer requests and enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner 

Operational Support

  • Production of management reports and savings reportingProduction / reconciliation of the external and internal RFI, RFP and RFQ
  • Compilation of monthly and quarterly analysis
  • Work with the global team for the development and maintenance of the related platform
  • Work with the operational teams, recommending, agreeing and developing reporting templates, to help them understand and run their business 
  • Resolve ad-hoc queries from operations that arise within on-site operations
  • Manage ad-hoc data requests 

Reporting

  • Manage KPI reporting for management review
  • Coordinate, manage and produce the monthly benchmarking activities across APAC region
  • Supply ad-hoc finance and clients' information requests 

Requirements

  • Degree holder of accounting, commerce or related discipline 
  • 3 years and/or above experience in purchasing and related field is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word and Powerpoint 
  • Proactive with "think out of the box" attitude 
  • Aspects would require as a self-starter making some own judgements
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on timely
  • Strong interpersonal skills will be essential to liaise  and work  closely with all levels
