Job Description


Title : Contract Business Support Officer / banking Administration / Clerk  (banking sector)


(fresh graduates will also be considered)


Job Objective/Principal Responsibilities


  • Complete the day to day activities of the section in an efficient and cost-effective manner according to established procedures, bank policies and service standards
  • Perform document scanning, filing, packing and prepare packing lust for vendors to collect
  • Perform document checking and handle returned mails and perform system search and data input to system
  • Handle and respond to inquiries / requests from internal departments on transaction status and related matters
  • Monitor and update the workload to supervisor in timely manner
  • Effectively communicate within own unit and with other departments/ divisions
  • Escalate exceptional / outstanding / suspicious transactions to unit / section manager and other relevant parties per the Incident Management Policy


Relevant Experience


  • Minimum 1 year banking operations or relevant experience
  • fresh graduates will also be considered

Functional / Technical Competencies


  • Basic knowledge and experience of banking operations
  • Strong senses of risk control and management
  • Accuracy and thoroughness in work
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform efficiently under pressure
  • Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good PC knowledge and skills


 Educational qualification


  • Degree Holder is preferred but F.6 or above with relevant experience is considerable
