Job Description

We are looking for a CAD Draftsman to join the Expansion Team. This person will report to Project Director and work closely with the Expansion Team.

 

 Job Responsibilities And Opportunities

 

  • Responsible for design and drafting of construction drawings for architectural and interior projects;
  • Prepare design proposals to assist Project Director & Expansion Director to acquire new clients and projects.
  • Responsible for preparing, reviewing and maintaining design standards playbook for all new Expansion and Enterprise projects.  
  • Prepare design proposals using AutoCAD;
  • Assist and coordinate with the project team to review and advise on technical information;
  • Co-ordinate detailed design information both internal and external stakeholders including our vendor partners;
  • Maintain drawing filling systems and AutoCAD library;
  • Prepare drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals;
  • Make site visits and surveys.

 


Requirements

 

  • Holder of Diploma in Architectural Design or related fields
  • At least 4 years' experience in architectural design or CAD drafting gained in local or international architectural firms
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiar with 3D Studio Max, Photoshop
  • Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work;
  • Good English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) both in written and communication.
