  • Responsible for general administrative tasks and ac-hoc duties as requested
  • Provide logistic support to the Customer Service team on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with channel partners for products tracing
  • Follow up with delivery orders and invoice
  • Develop and maintain the trustworthy relationships with corporate clients
  • Answer phone calls on behalf of the company


  • 0-1 years of working experience within customer service sector
  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • A team-player, with solid interpersonal and problem solving skill
  • Good English and Mandarin, native Cantonese skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel)
