Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager in Capital Market Operation area for our client,  a professional financial firm.



  1. Participate in the preparation of the Group's capital operation master plan and capital operation annual budget, plan and report.
  2. Assist in the supervision and guidance of the capital operation of subordinate enterprises,M&A and market value management of listed assets.
  3. Assist in the implementation of capital operation projects to promote the implementation of related work.
  4. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.


  1. Full-time Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, investment, Business Administration related disciplines;
  2. More than 5 years of work experience in investment and financing, financial management or capital operation. Work experience in listed companies, securities industry and investment banking is preferred.
  3. Familiar with the theoretical knowledge related to capital operation management and relevant national policies and regulations, and have strong business analysis and research capabilities.
  4. Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, good Chinese writing skill;
  5. Immediately available is highly preferred.




  1. 參與集團資本運作總體規劃及資本運作年度預算、計畫、報告的編制工作。
  2. 結合集團戰略與財務方面要求,負責資源配置優化,主導優化存量業務的資源配置;參與上市公司的並購, 資產重組工作。
  3. 組織實施基金路演工作,及上市資產的市值管理。
  4. 完成上市公司與香港公司以及集團資本管理中心的對接工作;
  5. 完成上級交辦的其他工作。


  1. 全日制本科及以上學歷,金融學、經濟學、法律等相關專業。
  2. 5年以上投融資、資本運作相關工作經驗。有香港上市公司、券商、投行等相關從業經歷者優先。
  3. 熟悉資本運作相關理論知識及相關政策與法規,有較強的業務分析和研究能力。
  4. 普通話、粵語及英文表達流利,具有良好的中英文寫作能力及較佳的交際溝通能力;
  5. 可即時上班者予以優先考慮。
