Major responsibilities:

• Drive and keep track of agents’ performance to ensure their business results meet the pre-set targets
• Assist in formulating sales program and promotion campaign
• Assist in compiling communication materials with agents, i.e. advertising materials
• Coordinate with agents to produce advertisements, direct mails, collateral and other supportive materials
• Intensive follow-up with agents and clients to ensure high-quality customer services
• Conduct on-site sales/marketing activities at local exhibitions and roadshows
• Assist in conducting training/briefing sessions targeted at clients and agents
• Identify and recruit new agency
• Coordinate with various strategic partners  
• Handle advertising orders, prepare proposal, reports and analysis

Requirements:

• University degree in business, communications, marketing or relevant discipline
• A minimum of 2 years' working experience in merchandise trade or marketing field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good presentation skills and experience in dealing with people
• Mature and able to work independently
