We are now recruiting a Commis/chef de partie to join our team!
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues,
- Assisting the Chef in the preparation & production of food items,
- Ensuring adequacies of supplies at the cooking stations,
- Following the guidance of the Chef,
- Enforcing strict health & hygiene standards,
- Monitoring portion & waste control,
- Carrying out duties as per Chef's instructions.
- Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation techniques & cooking procedures,
- Cost Control & Suppliers' negotiation skills,
- Good communication skills,
- Relevant experience in French cuisine,
- Hard working, enthusiastic, organized and reliable,
- Ability to multi-task & work under pressure,
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Commis,
- Already based in HK & must possess a valid HK ID.
