Responsibilities 主要職責:

  • Responsible for the daily smooth operations of the kitchen
  • 管理廚房日常運作
  • Ensure the high standard of food production in kitchen
  • 監察食物品質
  • Work closely with Head Chef in supervise the culinary team
  • 協助廚房管理工作
  • Assist in managing on food costs, forecasts, budget, business planning
  • 以食品成本及預算等工作上提供協助
  • Assist in menu creation
  • 協助新菜單創作
  • Ensure the culinary team in accordance with occupational health and safety standard
  • 確保廚房符合職業安全及衛生標準

 

 Requirements 職位要求:

  • 5 years’ relevant culinary experience in fine dining restaurant / luxury hotels
  • 5年以上酒店或高級餐飲西式廚房工作經驗
  • Pre-opening experience is an strong advantage
  • 參與新廚房預備工作經驗優先
  • Strong Knowledge of food hygiene and safety management
  • 具有專業食品衛生及安全意識
  • Good in leadership and interpersonal skills
  • 領導能力及人際技巧
  • Good spoken in English and Cantonese
  • 良好英語及粤語溝通能力
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Demi – Chef de Partie
  • 更少經驗者亦可考慮申請Demi – Chef de Partie 職位

 

Working Location: Central Kitchen (Chai Wan) / Restaurant (Tsim Sha Tusi)
