Job Description


Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues,
  • Assisting the Chef in the preparation & production of food items,
  • Ensuring adequacies of supplies at the cooking stations,
  • Following the guidance of the Chef,
  • Enforcing strict health & hygiene standards,
  • Monitoring portion & waste control,
  • Carrying out duties as per Chef's instructions.

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation techniques & cooking procedures,
  • Cost Control & Suppliers' negotiation skills,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Relevant experience in French  or Spanish cuisine,
  • Hard working, enthusiastic, organized and reliable,
  • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure,
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Commis,
  • Already based in HK & must possess a valid HK ID.
