Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Operations Managers in managing a portfolio of cleaning services contracts
• Act as a business partner to develop new business as well as maintain relationships with existing clients
• Work closely with internal departments to drive the company in achieving business goals
• Motivate and lead the operations team for development and management of operational workflows for maximizing the operation efficiency and effectiveness 

 

Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 8 years' supervisory experience in servicing industry preferably in cleaning, hospitality, property or facility management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, customer oriented, proactive and independent
• Good team player with strong sense of commitment
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Operations Manager

• 具良好團隊精神及責任感
• 經驗較少者可被考慮為高級營運經理
