Job Description

Core Responsibilities
Social Media Role
- Responsible for company brands’ China social media platforms including content creation, posting and monitoring of social community (include but not limited to Weibo, Wechat, Baidu, Youtube, Xiaohongshu etc)
- Develop lifestyle & disease specific public education content, disease /treatment related articles for public and patients
- Proofread and edit appointed media agencies’ submitted articles
- Close monitor of China social media trends and generate marketing insights from industrial best practices
- Need to handle multiple projects and meet deadline in a timely and professional manner
- Compile reports on campaign effectiveness in social media sites and collect marketing intelligence

Patient Relations Role
- Support the team in handling incoming public & patient inquiries from website, chatbot, Facebook, emails, whatsapp, wechat, weibo etc
- Develop patient wellness strategies to strengthen company’s uniqueness in health-check and cancer management across Hong Kong and China
- Lead the patient wellness ambassador role to communicate across different stakeholders, medical professionals and patients
- Support all ah-hoc projects assigned by Marketing Director
- Degree holder in Chinese or English Language, Journalism, or other related disciplines
- Solid experiences managing China social media (e.g Weibo, Wechat, Baidu, Xiaohongshu or eCommerce site like Taobao, Tmall)
- Experience working for local or mainland news media (health news / supplement) will be an advantage
- Native Mandarin speaker is a preferred
- Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Proficient PC skills (e.g. MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, basic capability for video editing)
- Self-motivated, attention to details, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Caring personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
