Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Manager - CS Admin, the main responsibility of the Clerk is to professionally handle all fulfillment process for the service applicants.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Handles all registration & customer information maintenance forms.
  • Record all contact activities into the contact management database.
  • Follow up emails and fax by contacting the customers.
  • Perform outdoor work if necessary.
  • Performing other clerical tasks as and when required.

Job Specifications:

  • F.5 or above education.
  • 1 to 2 years working experience will be an advantage.
  • Good English & Chinese communication skills on the telephone.
  • Be able to maintain good manner at all times.
