Job Description

New Dorbo Insurance Consultants Limited
Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

General insurance / non-life insurance intermediary seeking Clerk.


  • Provide administrative and clerical support, i.e. data entry, copying, scanning, filing, fax, etc.
  • Work closely with our producers and insurance companies to ensure proper issuance of policies
  • Answer email and phone enquiries; follow up with clients and insurance companies
  • Prepare and send out quotations, endorsements, policies, debit/credit notes, etc.
  • Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as required


  • Form 5 or above required; IIQE Paper 1 & 2 qualification preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience in InsureNet preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various requests, deadlines, and priorities
  • Attention to details; excellent time management
