General Insurance Intermediary in Sheung Wan seeking Clerk.
- Non-sale / supporting role in general insurance (primarily commercial lines)
- 1+ years experience as clerk / assistant preferably in general insurance
- 5-day work week, medical insurance, staff discount, etc.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, i.e. data entry, copying, scanning, filing, fax, etc.
- Work closely with our producers and insurance companies to ensure proper issuance of policies
- Answer email and phone enquiries; follow up with clients and insurance companies
- Prepare and send out quotations, endorsements, policies, debit/credit notes, etc.
- Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as required
- Form 5 or above required; IIQE Paper 1 & 2 qualification preferred
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience in InsureNet preferred
- Ability to multi-task and handle various requests, deadlines, and priorities
- Attention to details; excellent time management
