Job Description

Clerk

Our client, a premier and reputable technology firm, is looking for an outstanding candidate to join their team as a Clerk.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate with external parties, such as 3PL to resolve and ensure deliveries are distributed
  • Responsible for the execution of paperwork, for example PO, RFQ, LC, etc
  • Provide related administrative and clerical work on a regular basis
  • Execute data entries

Job Requirements:

  • Form 7 / DSE or above with 1-2 years working experience
  • 1 to 2 years of solid working experience, preferably related to administration/ sales support
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledgeable in ERP is preferred
  • A diligent, passionate and outgoing candidate who can work cohesively with a team
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
