Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties, answer incoming calls and greet visitors in professional manner
  • Supervise and delegate duties to tea lady, cleaners, security guards, driver and messengers
  • Assist senior members in handling expatriate housing matters, e.g. liaise with property agents, landlord in acquiring and returning apartments for expatriate employees and other duties as required
  • Provide office administrative support; order office supplies and arrange payment for general expenses, etc.
  • Manage office security systems including access control, CCTV and DVR system
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education level or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in sizable organization
  • Courtesy and possess good telephone manner
  • Independent, well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Good command of English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua and Japanese is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
