Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To perform duties related to general registry
  • To perform filing work including and creating and closing of files, indexing enclosures and maintaining file movement records
  • To us scanner documents, reports, photos, etc. into digital images
  • To input data into computer with common computer software and generate output reports as required
  • To carry out other duties as may be required

Requirements

  • Attaining level 2 or above in Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE or equivalent
  • Have knowledge of English and Chinese typing
  • Have preferably at least 1 year relevant working experience
