Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in arranging all training related matters
  • Responsible for all clerical support of the Quality Assurance Team
  • Assist in staff engagement survey for properties
  • Assist in coordinating mystery visitor arrangement  
  • Retrieve files, records and other documents to obtain information to handle enquires
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in sizeable company
  • Responsible, reliable and meticulous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Cantonese
