Our client is a European luxury brand looking for a Client Development Manager to join their team.

Our client is a European luxury brand looking for a Client Development Manager to join their team.


In this role, you will be driving clienteling strategies, creating CRM strategies and creating in-store moments. You will also:

  • Be working closely with the Store Managers to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Use the brand database to analyse and scout externally for potential clients.
  • Work closely with the mall to create synergies to grow the brand's database
  • Liaise with the CRM to develop the yearly CRM strategy, gifting strategy and ambassador program
  • Coach and support store team in client development


  • Minimum of 6 years in client development in luxury retail or hospitality
  • Passionate, strong communication and leadership skills
  • Creative, can think out of the box with a customer service mindset
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese and conversational Mandarin
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
