Our client is a technology company providing solutions to allow greater safety, reliability, speed and efficiency of supply chains.

They are inviting a Client Engagement professional to join their growing team. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality customer success support to B2B trading service
  • Review and enhance vendor relationship according to agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Work as a Project Manager on potential and successful projects including pre-sales, implementation, after-sales client service and relationship management
  • Review and enhance customer success procedures to cope with business requirements
  • Maintain growth of assigned clients and develop effective client retention strategies
  • Assist in establishing sales channels to capture business opportunities
  • Solicit ongoing feedback for continuous product enhancements
  • Liaise with internal departments in regular meetings and prepare analysis
  • Lead and perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder or equivalent with PM or SM Certifications
  • Good IT knowledge and with over 6 years experience in IT service delivery industries / SME clients project mangement as well as vendor management (SLA management)
  • At least 6 years of Customer Success Management experience in SME clients (electronic data interchange soluations, from order to cash)
  • Accountable for tasks related to post-sales, service delivery, on boarding and partitipated in pre-sales
  • Up-to-date local/international data analytics and web technologies
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English, Putonghua
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and with ability to handle multi tasking projects
  • Able to work in a multi-task and fast pace environment
