Job Description

OpenRice is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join a dynamic and collaborative environment as part of Product team.

 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Provide customer services, including handling and resolving inquiries
  • Organize data and gather customers' comments with respect to the services provided by Company
  • Recommend and implement strategies in order to maintain a high standard of customer services
  • Generate operations related reports for management review
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

You should possess:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines with at least 1 year customer services experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and problem solving skills
  • Detail-minded, patient and self-motivated
  • Immediately available would be an advantage
