Job Description

The Client Service Manager will report to the Operations Director. The role will encompass a broad scope of responsibilities, working closely with the other teams within the organization.


Duties:

Assisting Corporate clients including but not limited to Medical Groups, and Individual Medical clients with benefit enquiries, complex claims situations, and any other matters escalated by the Claims and Renewals Teams.


Handling Group Medical and other Employee Benefits and Individual Medical Renewal cases where a market review is required, obtaining quotations for appropriate alternatives, presenting and explaining comparisons to the client and setting out recommendations.

 

Applicant Requirements:

Fluent English

University Degree

Minimum of 4 years of work experience in Customer Service Role within the insurance field

Minimum 2 years of work experience specifically with high end medical insurance products
