Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for continued success of Bridges business and smooth operation of procedures
  • Spot business development opportunities, drive growth and meet clients
  • Resolve day to day administration matters
  • Manage a team with overall oversight of 30 colleagues
  • Understand & manage the serviced offices offering
  • Work with HK MD and the Equiom HK team to identify synergies and cross working/integration opportunities  with the Equiom office
  • Predominantly a client management role
  • Manage client review process to identify opportunities to upsell

 Requirements

  • Will be an approved Key Person as required by regulator
  • Will typically be either STEP or ICSA qualified or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as accountancy or law.
  • Will have extensive working knowledge of Trust and Corporate Services
  • Will have good business acumen with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate team members
  • Knowledge of Equiom IT systems such as Navison,
  • Experience in managing and training/mentoring of staff
