Job Description


The role of the Client Supporting Specialist / Manager will play a key leading role in a new Project in APAC Region. He/she will need to work out the whole project plan with the necessary actions to be taken in each phase in order to complete the Project in an agreed time frame. He/she will coordinate with different internal stakeholders and work on different systems and applications to prepare a full client list which will be used as a basis for client management. 


He/she will contact and meet every client or distributor in the client list in Far East region to explain the new arrangement clearly and get the client to confirm in written about the new arrangement.   The written confirmation will be designed by the Client Supporting Specialist/Manager who will get the appropriate internal parties to review and approve the document before in use. All signed written confirmations and database record should be kept properly in Elekta system.


He/she is also responsible for consolidating the information from ANZ region and India region to provide overall view of client management (of ECL Credit Project) in APAC.


The success of the Client Supporting Specialist/Manager relies strongly on his/her ability to collate the necessary client information from various internal systems and applications independently and take the initiatives to communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients skillfully. Besides, he/she will need to seek advice and/or resources from his/her direct reporting line whenever needed to avoid any delay of the project.



  • Extract the information of current clients from various internal systems and applications including but not limited to CLM, M3 and excel spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to get the necessary information of current clients
  • Prepare and maintain an updated full client list and client database based on the information collated from the systems/applications/internal stakeholders
  • Arrange face to face or tele-meeting with clients to explain the new arrangement
  • Design a proper document for client discussion and documentation of consent
  • Keep the signed confirmation from the clients properly in Elekta system and responsible for the maintenance of the client database
  • Reflect any feedback from the clients to the related parties/direct reporting mangaer and take any necessary follow-up actions
  • Communicate and coordinate with any internal stakeholders of this new Project, e.g. Sales Team to make sure that they are well informed of any feedback from clients and/or actions that may have impact on their business
  • Update internal stakeholders and direct reporting manager the progress of the new Project periodically
  • Report and escalate to management as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of client management experience or equivalent experience
  • Proven working experience in sales or customer services
  • Highly independent and willing to take initiatives to start things from scratch
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent spoken English and Chinese
  • Strrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in systems e.g. CLM and M3 is an advantage
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Energetic and highly self-motivated
  • Able to travel for around 50% of time in Far East countries
