Job Description

Due to rapid expansion, our client is a fast growing Medical Service Provider. They are looking for Clinic Manager / Assistant Clinic Manager to join their team.

We are now seeking for a CLINIC MANAGER / ASSISTANT CLINIC MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Clinics including but not limited to staff management, administrative and patient services
  • Provide support to manage existing client's relationships and ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Direct and manage the key operation area in particular, warehousing, customer service & client service.
  • Actively develop new distribution clients and lead in contract negotiations
  • Recruit, train and develop stable and professional organization
  • Work closely with other group companies for overall medical development plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma holder in related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years' solid experience in managing frontline operations in Medical Clinic.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Able to effective sustain multiple and simultaneous tasks
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
