Description

• Work closely with internal parties: sales, engineering, service delivery, project management to work on the scope, price, manpower of solution propose
• Act as the key person of professional service presales
• Deliver services proposal, negotiate commercial terms with clients, provide technical consultation to sales and client's representative in presales stage
• Manage the pre-engagement process, ensure the smooth handover to service delivery team and clearly define the service level and requirement to delivery manager

Profile

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology or related discipline
• Solid experience in cloud solution / service design
• Extensive experience in pre-sales, solution consultancy
• Technical knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure, platform / application as a service
• Wide-range knowledge in server, network, database, as well as application preferred
• Good interpersonal and negotiate skills with experience and ability to work with multiple internal parties, able to drive and motivate virtual resources
• Working experience in cloud or managed service provider in highly preferred
• With related public cloud certification is an advantage
