Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide quality customer services
  • To maintain smooth operation of clubhouse service counters
  • To organize recreation activities
  • To lead a team of clubhouse staff to carry out daily operation, and offer innovative suggestion and development planning to enhance services of the clubhouse.
  • Being person-in-charge of a luxury clubhouse with various facilities of GFA over 5000sq.m

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hotel Management / Recreation Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience is required
  • Creative thinking and strong drive to introduce new service
  • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
  • Accept shift duty and work on public holidays
