Job Description

This position is looking for a Paralegal who has studied internationally and has some solid practical litigation experience.

Client Details

Our client is well-known around the globe, with offices in most of the major business hubs. Their Litigation practice is one of the main areas they are known for in the Hong Kong market.


Working with a team of other Paralegals and reporting to an Associate, this position will be responsible for:

  • Drafting, preparing, editing, formatting and proofing letters, Court documents, pitches/presentations and other documents at attorneys' request
  • Dealing with Court documents and pleadings
  • Handling court filings
  • Conducting legal and factual research
  • Preparing case summaries
  • Translation work
  • Ad hoc and general duties as and when requested


This role requires the successful candidate to have completed LLB and also to have a few years of litigation experience gained from a law firm. Language skills in English and Chinese will be important for this role. This position requires the candidate to be able to multi-task, use their initiative and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
