Job Description


The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging the Securitas value proposition and building brand recognition within our chosen market segments, growing security, guarding, electronics and solutions revenues by leading the sales excellence through a solution focused sales process and on-going strategic account engagement, execution of the commercial strategy to develop a best in class commercial solution supporting the overall growth objectives of the business. 



Key roles and responsibilities

  • Establishing a strategic year plan to meet growth targets for Securitas.
  • Ensuring existing contracts renewal and retention, growing key accounts across sectors/ divisions, securing a stronger market positioning of Securitas and increasing market share.
  • Managing a pipeline portfolio of prospects from cultivation to closing stage. Leading pipeline calls and reporting for strategic accounts, maintaining accurate client information, being an active & key participant in regional pipeline and coordination activities.
  • Maintaining excellent communication, collaboration & coordination with partners of Securitas, as well as respective business unit heads.
  • Maintaining executive ownership across all phases of the commercial strategy including formulation, planning and execution.
  • Implementing/managing consistent sales processes & practices throughout the company, to facilitate sales through sales pipelines to achieve or exceed organic growth targets and to meet strategic organic growth targets in new business segments.




  • 6 years’ related experience of in commercial service enterprise with emphasis on sales processes, procedures and/or account management experiences of which 3 years at managerial level.
  • Strong market knowledge and ability to develop/deliver services solutions. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents.
  • Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve results. 
  • Excellent customer service orientation/skills and proven negotiations skills.
  • Passionate about creativity and enjoys developing news ways to present ideas.
  • Self-driven with ability to multi-task and enjoys taking on challenges.
  • Excellent English language and communication skills, spoken as well as written.
