Job Description

Purpose 目的

This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the commercial success of Juwai’s product packages, positioning, and pricing for online subscriptions. This role will: 

  • Work with the Products team to understand and optimize the product/package portfolio,
  • Work with the Sales team to ensure we have the right messaging and content to sell our packages.
  • Attend weekly meetings to update the team on progress.
  • Collect and distribute valuable information about the competitors and local portals to the team.
  • Bring new products and packages to market with the right positioning.
  • Act as a center of knowledge and expertise in the team.

Key Accountabilities 主要职责

Key Accountability: International Market Knowledge

Collect, store, refresh, and distribute knowledge about different international markets to the Sales team.

  • Collect knowledge of local and international portals well known in each of our target countries.
  • Collect information about property purchase ability by foreign buyers in each target country, including laws, costs, and best practices.
  • On a regular basis, refresh existing knowledge to account for changes in laws/standards/competitors/local portals.

Key Accountability: Packaging, Pricing, and Proposals

Maintain standard packages by country, channel, and product line. Maintain the corresponding rate card.

  • Collect feedback from Sales on effectiveness of packages and recommended changes.
  • Implement common pricing strategy and pricing for country-specific offerings.
  • Work with Sales Team Leaders on custom proposals for potential large accounts.
  • Maintain and communicate value proposition for all packages.
  • Suggest changes to the product portfolio to Product Managers with supporting evidence.
  • Own and execute the go-to-market plan for new products and packages – including EDMs, landing pages, lead capture, tracking, and related content.

Key Accountability: Supporting Content and Collateral

Using your International Market Knowledge and feedback from Sales, grow and maintain a portfolio of micro-content documents to be used in the selling process and to provide value to prospects.

  • Content should be easy to send to prospects and contain valuable information in a small package.
  • Track effectiveness of new content and prune content that does not help to interest or convert prospects to customers.
  • Identify highly successful content for use in digital campaigns.
  • Pressbook and case study creation and maintenance.

Key Accountability: Metrics and Reporting

Track and report on effectiveness of packaging, pricing, and content changes.

  • Report on a regular basis to managers and executives.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in the data – this includes improvement in packaging, promotion, processes, product, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields

Required:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience. 
  • Experience in packaging digital products for sale in international markets.
  • Responsibility for pricing new products and optimizing price over time.
  • Demonstratable self-starter attitude.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting sales from a marketing function.
  • Experience with customer communications strategy.
  • Experience at a real estate company or real estate related company.
