Camp Whampoa is the second and highly anticipated Campfire Co-Learning hub located in the iconic Harbourfront Landmark building in the heart of Hong Kong’s largest residential area - Hung Hom, Kowloon. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with members and proactively understand their needs
  • Make recommendations to the Assistant/ Branch Manager on how to improve the overall member experience
  • Work with Community Associates to ensure the overall cleanliness of the space and pantry
  • Upselling our membership program 
  • Follow up with team regarding maintenance, and improvements of the kids playground, education centers and F&B environment
  • Ensure that processes are running smoothly and the building is fully operational
  • Ensure customer service excellence at all times and handle complaints
  • Handle basic finance duties, such as petty cash and receiving payment
  • Organize the new and renew membership 
  • Maintain occupancy and ensure sales goals are met
  • Conduct tours for new members, follow up on member enquiries and manage member agreements
  • Update the reservation and CRM system
  • Get to know the rest of the team and have fun!

Requirements

  • Strong Customer service and basic sales experience
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferable
  • Ability to handle and priorities multiple tasks in an organized manner
  • Attention to detail and plenty of initiative
  • Available to work during the weekend and/or public holidays when required.
