Job Description


We are seeking an entrepreneurial, motivated and self-starting Community Manager to join our rapidly growing, dedicated Social Media team that creates and executes social media marketing campaigns for our multinational technology client. He/she will be responsible for day-to-day execution of social media campaigns and day-to-day channel maintenance.

Tasks include daily community listening, community engagement/conversation, monitoring and issue escalation/response. In addition, the Community Manager will be responsible for community conversation audits to identify key brand loyalists and other brand advocates that can help power social media marketing campaigns. The Community Manager will also develop insights culled directly from their community interactions that will be used to ideate future client campaigns and programs, while also guiding the real-time optimization of existing in market executions.


  • Help launch and manage social media presences for clients on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other relevant social media/collaboration sites.
  • Adhere to editorial calendar to ensure content and assets are being released on time.
  • Support brand loyalty and encourage generation of user created content via active community participation and conversation; manage online discussions by listening and responding to users (where appropriate) in a timely and authentic manner. Escalate issues as needed and provide feedback on community happenings.
  • Work daily with Social Media Strategist and client teams ensure proper messaging is being executed online and that it is relevant to client goals.
  • Work with Social Media Strategist to update editorial calendars and ensure all assets/materials are timely, up to date and approved.
  • Use online listening, supplemental research and daily community learnings to develop insights that can help improve existing programs and inform future creative campaign development.
  • Research and identify bloggers/key influencers and associated communities for blogger/influencer campaigns.
  • Research and identify social media best practices and relevant brand examples within the space for proposals and online audits. 


  • 1-2+ years of professional work experience (experience at interactive, advertising, public relations or marketing agency preferred). Fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Must have active accounts across key social media sites including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • Possess background knowledge and a true passion for the social media marketing space
  • Must have strong verbal and writing/grammatical skills as well as ability to present information and ideas logically and clearly; keen eye for detail also required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to write clear, grammatically correct copy community management responses as well as original copy for brand posts
