We are seeking an entrepreneurial, motivated and self-starting Community Manager to join our rapidly growing, dedicated Social Media team that creates and executes social media marketing campaigns for our multinational technology client. He/she will be responsible for day-to-day execution of social media campaigns and day-to-day channel maintenance.
Tasks include daily community listening, community engagement/conversation, monitoring and issue escalation/response. In addition, the Community Manager will be responsible for community conversation audits to identify key brand loyalists and other brand advocates that can help power social media marketing campaigns. The Community Manager will also develop insights culled directly from their community interactions that will be used to ideate future client campaigns and programs, while also guiding the real-time optimization of existing in market executions.
