Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the appointee will be responsible for the following:
Job Description
- To assist in implementing and coordinating all sponsorship / partnership relations programs for the Association.
- To explore the sponsorship opportunities through various channels and prepare sponsorship proposals and documents.
- To manage on-going projects to sponsors/partners in a clear and effective manner.
- To take the main role for sponsorship activation and as an account servicing to satisfy the sponsors' needs.
- To analyse match data and statistics for marketing purposes.
- To execute Sponsorship/ Partnership programs through proper planning & coordination, i.e. events, seminars and press conferences, etc.
- To cultivate and build relationships with local and regional sponsors to maximize exposure/opportunity for HKFA.
- To assist to review and follow up all commercial related agreements.
- To regularly generate reports, drive analytics and recommendations for improvement.
- To perform other duties (e.g. assist in football matches press conferences and media-related activities) as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree holder or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Event Management and Communication discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in organizing marketing campaigns / events.
- Willing to learn, detail minded and a good team player.
- Strong organizational, presentation, negotiating skills and able to meet the tight deadline.
- Enthusiastic in football, knowledge in local football will be advantageous.
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese character input); Knowledge of video-editing, Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and (preferably) Mandarin.
- Expected to work overtime, irregular hours and some weekends and public holidays when required.
The successful candidate will be offered on a contract term employment. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our employee benefits include Group Medical and Life Insurance to the right candidate.
