Our client is a well-established local company, they distributing coal and other minerals and ores to Asia market.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• To assist in performing general company secretarial and clerical duties including but not limited to maintaining corporate records and filings, updating registers, government filings, drafting resolutions 
• To assist in the statutory compliance issue, including but not limited to FATCA, CRS and other filing
• To assist in various ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements:

 

• Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or Company Secretarial studies or related discipline
• Student member of HKICS or equivalent
• 3 years' related experience gained in professional firms or sizeable group of companies
• Good knowledge of the Companies Ordinance, other statutory compliance and company secretarial practice
