Job Description:

  • Assist in handling company secretarial works for HK and offshore corporations;
  • Maintain and update the statutory records;
  • Other duties and ad hoc assignments as required

 

Skills & Requirement:

  • Tertiary education / Diploma in Company Secretarial studies or equivalent;
  • 1-year company secretarial experience, experience in professional firms like CPA firms an advantage;
  • Self-motivated, mature and responsible;
  • Willing to learn;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
  • Candidates with more company secretarial experience will be considered for the post of Company Secretarial Officer
