Job Description

Client Details

Our client is a well-established private conglomerate that they are market leader for certain industries. They have been expanding their team to cope with the business needs and is now hiring an Officer to join their well-structured team.


The successful incumbent will provide support to the company with duties including but not limited to:

  • To assist in compliance with corporate governance requirements and procedures and uphold corporate governance practices;
  • To organize and prepare for board meetings, committee meetings and shareholder meetings and relevant minutes;
  • To handle ad-hoc company secretarial related assignments.


The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:

  • At least 2 years' company secretarial experience;
  • HKICS student or associate member;
  • Good understanding of the requirements of Companies Ordinance;
  • Ability to organize well, attend to details, and multi-task;
  • Positive working attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin!).
