Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to draft a broad range of corporate secretarial documents
  • Assist to maintain statutory/corporate records
  • Assist to arrange necessary filings to regulatory bodies/government departments in Hong Kong, BVI and other jurisdictions
  • Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects and provide support as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Qualification with Higher Diploma or Degree holder of Company Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration/ Corporate Governance
  • 3 to 4 years relevant working experience in professional CPA firm / law firm
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, with pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese with conversational Mandarin
  • Proficiency in CSA Expert, Ms Office and Chinese Word Processing is preferred
  • Immediate available is preferred
